| Amber Winsor joined the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics development team last month as a new director of development. She will be working with Rhonda Thompson, the college’s senior development director.
Prior to joining the NSM team, Winsor worked in development at Da Camera of Houston on an annual $1.4 million fundraising campaign. She was responsible for all aspects of fundraising, including foundation, corporate and government relations, board and volunteer management and special events.
Winsor is a 2001 magna cum laude graduate of the Honors College at UH with a degree in corporate communications.
She will be working with NSM faculty to develop their projects into compelling cases for philanthropic support, as well as raising more scholarship funds for NSM students. |
