The Natural Sciences and Mathematics Alumni Association (NSMAA) joined with other University of Houston alums in August to collect school supplies for elementary students in the Houston area.

Operation School Supplies, an annual program of the Houston Alumni Association, raises money and supplies to make sure every child arrives at school equipped to learn. Volunteers sort and box the supplies for schools to pick up.

NSMAA provides NSM alums with a way to connect back to UH through networking opportunities, fun social events, community projects and raising money for student scholarships.
